FIRST APPOINTMENT: £215
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT: £180This service is available for women who are already well established on HRT but would like to discuss the possibility of adding in testosterone replacement alongside. Testosterone replacement can be helpful for some women in targeting symptoms such as low libido, low energy and brain fog. Additionally, it may act as a helpful adjunct for menopause related anxiety.
FIRST APPOINTMENT: £250
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT: £180This consultation type is designed for women who are experiencing symptoms in the premenstrual phase of each menstrual cycle, with symptoms alleviating with the onset of the period. Symptoms can range from the physical (such as headaches and breast tenderness) through to the psychological (such as anxiety, irritability and depression). In fact, there are around 150 recognised symptoms linked to Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
For these patients, best practice dictates that we should be provided with a minimum of 2 months of menstrual diary records tracking the timing of the symptoms in order to accurately clinch the diagnosis prior to treatment. This being so, you may wish to ensure that you time your appointment such that you have these records available during the consultation. This will allow us to make the most of your appointment and potentially prevent any delay in treatment. The NAPS (National Association for Menstrual Syndromes) Menstrual Diary is a good starting point.
